Summary
we are currently looking for a chef to start within 2 weeks. this is a full time role including weekends evenings and bank holiday. Ideal applicant must have over 2 years experience in running a commercial kitchen. must have at least level 2 food safety and also good due dilligence and knowledge of all safety and food allergy aspects. salary can be discussed at interview. menu ideas and new dishes always taken on board.
