Summary

The EO Personal Assistant and Business Support role provides comprehensive administrative and business support to senior leaders within the Materials Directorate. The postholder ensures the smooth running of diaries and inboxes, coordinates meetings and events, manages correspondence, and supports both project and corporate activities.
  • Diary and Inbox Management: Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and communications for senior staff.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organise and support meetings, events, and related logistics.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications.
  • Business and Project Support: Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and corporate initiatives including some finance management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Judgement and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with care and exercise sound judgement in all tasks.
