Summary
Tees Valley YMCA have an opportunity for a Housing Support Worker to join their Housing Team based in Middlesbrough.
Delivering support to the young people aged 18-25 ensuring they have both emotional support and learn the necessary skills to move from supported housing to accommodation of their own when ready.

Please refer to the job description and job specification for full requirements, this role includes some weekday evenings (to 8pm) and a Saturday shift on a rolling rota. Its possible you may need to work outside these hours to meet need.
