Summary

Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Located in Ealing, West London
Full-time | Long-term

Term-time only

£25,000–£30,000

This isn’t a desk-based graduate role.

This is a frontline, school-based position where your energy, empathy and intelligence will directly shape young lives.

A forward-thinking Kensington secondary school is recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to work as a key part of their inclusion and student support team. The school is highly regarded for its nurturing culture, excellent outcomes and commitment to supporting students who need an extra layer of guidance.

From day one, you’ll be embedded into school life — supporting lessons, working alongside experienced teachers and becoming a trusted adult presence for students who require additional academic or emotional support.

Your role will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support inside and outside the classroom
• Assisting students with SEND, learning difficulties or EHCPs
• Helping pupils access the curriculum across a range of subjects
• Supporting behaviour, focus and emotional regulation
• Working closely with SENCOs, teachers and pastoral staff
• Building strong, professional relationships with students who need consistency

This role suits graduates with an interest in SEN, psychology, youth work, social work or teaching. No two days are the same, and the experience gained is both challenging and deeply rewarding.

Why this school?
Because it invests in its graduates. You’ll receive guidance, training and exposure that goes far beyond a typical support role — setting you up for future training or long-term careers in education.
