A prestigious and well-established secondary school in Kensington is seeking a driven Graduate Academic Mentor to join their academic support team. This is a fully school-based position, ideal for graduates who want to immerse themselves in school life and gain elite experience working directly with pupils and staff.

You will work closely with students who need academic mentoring, structure and challenge, supporting progress across core subjects while developing strong professional skills.

Highlights of the Role:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to raise attainment and close learning gaps
• Deliver targeted academic interventions in subjects such as English, Maths and Humanities
• Support students with learning difficulties, SEND or low academic confidence
• Track student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly
• Collaborate daily with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams
• Act as a positive academic role model, helping students develop resilience and ambition
• Gain exceptional preparation for PGCE, Schools Direct or salaried teacher training routes
