About the department:

As a Money Advice Triage Officer, you will be part of a team that provides an excellent and crucial service both internally and to our thousands of customers.

We don’t just deal with money.Our work impacts our existing and former tenants, and we help those with complex housing issues, those who have suffered bereavement, domestic violence, mental and physical illness by giving advice on benefits and services to help people sustain their tenancies or be free from debt.

Role information:

You will be welcomed into our dedicated and skilled Money Advice team, making a real difference to our residents by helping them to maximise their incomes and provide them with advice, support and assistance to enhance their financial circumstances and wellbeing.

The team is committed to the organisation’s aims and objectives and as such, work in a fast moving and exciting environment.

Within this role you will provide an effective and high-quality administrative service to support the Money Advice Teams across the group in respect of the day-to-day administrative tasks within the team.

You’ll strive to improve the quality of life for residents and provide advice, guidance and assistance on how to make the most of their income, any benefits they are entitled to and improve financial wellbeing to reduce the risk of rent arrears to help them sustain their tenancies.
