As Senior Facilities Co-ordinator you'll be responsible for providing an efficient, effective and flexible facilities management service across your site, ensuring the highest standards are delivered and maintained.
What it's like to work here
This role sits within the Somerset Coast and Countryside portfolio which includes famous sites such as Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Wellington Monument as well as large expanses of countryside across the Mendips, the Quantocks and Exmoor.
What you'll be doing
This role is responsible for providing an efficient, effective and flexible facilities management service to enable the successful operation of your site You will work collaboratively with other team members to deliver excellent standards in maintenance, presentation and customer service.
Working within the appropriate Trust procedures and conservation guidelines, you will ensure your site is well maintained to a high standard at all times. You will promote Health & Safety awareness across the property and for ensuring effective environmental management is sustained.

knowledge of compliance and risk management
understanding of systems and information management
awareness of conservation, environmental, and sustainability
ability to support financial and resource coordination
experience with customer service and teamwork
Additional criteria for all other applicants:
Are a good team player with experience of supervising others
Have an understanding of working with volunteers and knowledge of the framework that the Trust uses to support the volunteer journey.
Have excellent people and customer service skills, enabling strong relationships to be built and maintained externally and internally.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills including influencing, negotiating and presentation
