Summary
As a lecturer in our Early Years team, you’ll inspire learners through engaging teaching and use clear, effective systems to support progress and individual needs. You may also have opportunities to assess learners in the workplace, helping them build confidence and apply their skills in real world settings.

As a lecturer in our Early Years team, you’ll inspire learners through engaging teaching and use clear, effective systems to support progress and individual needs. You may also have opportunities to assess learners in the workplace, helping them build confidence and apply their skills in real world settings. We’ll support you every step of the way with a dedicated Learning Coach, regular one to one meetings, and access to high quality professional development.
About You
• Experience of teaching Early Years or a similar subject at Levels 1, 2 and 3
• A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, or a willingness to work towards one
• A relevant Early Years qualification at degree level or above
• A commitment to completing Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training
