What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering tailored small group and 1:1 support for children with ASD, ADHD & SEMH
• Collaborating closely with specialist SEN teachers and therapists
• Supporting classroom teachers with dynamic differentiation strategies
• Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to personalised EHCP reviews
• Engaging learners with creative play, interventions, and sensory activities
