What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted academic support to pupils aged 5–11
• Assisting SEN, EAL, and high-potential learners across the curriculum
• Supporting classroom routines, lesson activities, and personalised interventions
• Working closely with teaching staff to analyse and drive pupil progress
• Engaging with parents/carers to champion pupils’ achievements and wellbeing
• Taking ownership of enrichment and extra-curricular activities

Ideal Teaching Assistant for this Hackney School:
• 2:1 or above degree in any relevant subject (education, psychology preferred)
