Nursery Nurse
Zero2Five are proud to partner with a unique and welcoming childcare setting in Shilton, Coventry, in their search for an enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Nurse. You will join a supportive and experienced team, creating a caring environment that encourages children to grow, learn and achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
ï‚· A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare
ï‚· A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and children’s development
ï‚· Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
ï‚· A genuine passion for supporting and working with young children
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Provide a stimulating and engaging environment that supports children’s learning and development
ï‚· Observe, assess and record children’s progress in line with EYFS requirements
ï‚· Consistently follow safeguarding, welfare and health and safety policies
ï‚· Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
ï‚· Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences
ï‚· Develop positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues
ï‚· Encourage and support children to develop confidence and independence in their learning
ï‚· Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the setting
