Summary

Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 classroom support
Working hours are 8:40-1:30 39 weeks per year (term time only) paid at Grade 5We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our highly successful team of supportive and good-humoured staff, whose shared purpose is to inspire and challenge all pupils at The Pastures Primary School. The role would be ideal for a flexible and resilient person who can provide high quality support in an exciting working environment. The role is predominantly working 1:1 with a Year 2 child and will require a confident, patient individual.WHY CHOOSE US

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Supporting the class teacher during lessons Giving 1:1 support to a named childSome knowledge of learning delay and strategies to use will be helpful but training will be givenManaging the behaviour of pupils to ensure a positive learning environment
Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies in accordance with school policy and procedure
