Summary

Fleet & Customer Operations Executive
Monday to Friday (Hybrid work options available)

£13.37 per hour
Temporary contract (3-monthly review)

We are recruiting a highly organised and proactive Rental Reservations Executive to join one of our well-established clients' expanding teams in Milton Keynes.
This is a varied, customer-focused role where you will manage vehicle reservations, support sales activity, coordinate logistics, and work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure a smooth rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle bookings and reservations using a central system
  • Support sales leads and respond to customer enquiries
  • Coordinate vehicle logistics with third-party suppliers
  • Maintain accurate vehicle data and manage vehicle downtime
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams on insurance, invoicing, and compliance
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in line with service standards


Skills & Experience:

  • Customer service or administrative experience (automotive desirable)
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Confident using CRM systems
  • Accuracy and time management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
