Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant looking for a truly rewarding role? Do you enjoy working closely with a class teacher and providing tailored support to help every child reach their potential?

TeacherActive is working in partnership with a welcoming 3-form entry Primary School in Oldbury, who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to start in February 2026.

About the Role

This is a full-time, long-term position, running for the entire academic year, offering 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil with Autism who is non-verbal. Consistency, patience, and relationship-building are essential in this role, making it ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education.
