Wage
£15,704 in your first year (potential increase depending on age thereafter)
Pay reviewed based on performance and successful completion of the apprenticeship
Training Course
Business Administrator – Level 3 Apprenticeship
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Office-based: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Remote working: Tuesday and Friday
Flexibility is essential, as travel opportunities are available
What You'll DoMost of your apprenticeship will be spent gaining hands-on experience in the workplace. As an Apprentice Travel and Tourism Consultant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Client Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure expectations are consistently met and exceeded
Itinerary & Tour Planning
Organise transport, accommodation, activities, meals, and schedules
Consider client preferences and logistics to create comprehensive itineraries
Identify additional tour opportunities and pass leads to the sales team
Tour Management
Manage a minimum of 12 tours per year
Handle group bookings, check-ins, tickets, and boarding passes
Resolve issues during tours in collaboration with tour managers
General Duties
Support consultants and wider team with administrative tasks and customer service
Work flexibly to meet business and client needs
Participate in worldwide travel as required
