As a Moulding Operative you will be involved in compression moulding of aerospace rubber components. This will entail various duties including cutting blanks, loading and demoulding parts, loading and unloading compression presses, all with multiple tools.
It is crucial that you are comfortable working in a hot environment and have a good level of fitness to comfortably operate heavy machinery.
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating / moulding experience.
- You will be comfortable working in hot environments.
- A positive, hardworking attitude.
This is a temp to perm role so you can expect ongoing, full-time work.

You will be working Monday to Thursday, 06:30 to 15:30 and enjoy an early finish on Fridays working 06:30 to 11:30.
You will be paid £12.21 an hour and enjoy company benefits.
Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
We do not accept visa sponsorships.
