Summary

Due to the retirement of the longstanding CurriculumLeaderwe have a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional English practitioner to shape the strategic direction of ahigh performingsubject area. As Director of Curriculum, you will work at a highly strategic level alongside a skilled team of middle leaders, driving innovation and excellence across the faculty. This role offers outstanding preparation for aspirant senior leaders, providing meaningful experience inwholeschoolleadership, curriculumdesignand impactful line management.

English isa highly successfulsubject at The Wavell School, where students consistently make exceptional progress and achieve superb outcomes. The English Faculty benefits from its own dedicated teaching block and is staffed by a stable, innovative team whose collaborative ethos creates a vibrant,forwardthinkingenvironment for learning and professional growth.

We are looking to appoint adynamicclassroom practitioner who:

• with a proventrack recordof excellent outcomes in both Languages and Literature
