Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at Malet Lambert School as a Kitchen Assistant who will provide a crucial role in supporting the schools catering team to prepare and provide high quality, nutritious food for our pupils.

This is a permanent position, working10 hours per week term time. You will be required to work an additional10 hours during the school holidays to undertake deep cleans and/or undertake training and development. The normal working hours will be between 11:45am and 1.45pm, Monday to Friday.

Your actual salary will be£5,667.98per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience of preparing food, preferably in a professional kitchen/catering environment with a basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
