Summary
Duties Description-
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales, inventory, and financial records across property and retail operations.
• Process orders, invoices, rent collections, and coordinate supplier and contractor payments.
• Provide customer support, handling tenant and retail client enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in the development and delivery of marketing and promotional campaigns for retail and rental properties.
• Monitor stock levels in retail operations, coordinate replenishments, and oversee regular stocktakes.
• Prepare and present operational reports, including sales performance, property expenses, inventory status, and occupancy levels.
• Support the scheduling, onboarding, and training of staff, and assist with internal communications across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, tenancy laws, and other applicable legislation.
• Liaise with external service providers, including landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
