About the role…
Working from one of our custom-equipped CCTV vans, you will visit all types of clients — commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, utility, etc. — across the UK. You will carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, assess pipe conditions, analyse results, and produce high quality reports. All this in conjunction with our Jetting Units when required, therefore you will be responsible for all site activity ensuring the team are working safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.
As a CCTV Drainage Engineer you will…
Operating CCTV equipment to conduct detailed inspections of drainage systems.
Identifying and diagnosing issues such as blockages, structural defects, and infiltration.
Producing accurate reports and recommendations based on survey findings.
Liaising with clients and internal teams to communicate results and proposed solutions.
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintaining and calibrating CCTV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Keeping detailed records of inspections and maintenance activities.
About you…
Desirable Qualifications & Professional Memberships:
Valid driving licence.
Confined space entry certification.
High-pressure water jetting certification.
Desirable Knowledge & Experience:
Experience in conducting CCTV drainage surveys.
Familiarity with industry-standard reporting software (e.g., WinCan).
Knowledge of drainage systems and common issues affecting their performance.
