Summary

Job OverviewWe are looking to recruit a passionate, highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our dedicated team to support learning and behaviour, to be based in our early years enhanced provision – Little Acorns. Little Acorns is based within the main early years provision and encompasses a number of pupils with an ASC or communication & interaction diagnosis, who require a more bespoke provision.
Contract and Salary DetailsHours: 32.5 hours per week, term-time only (190 days)Grade: 4, Scp 5 to 7, £18,892 - £19,497 per annum (actual salary)Contract type: Fixed term until 31 August 2026Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will:
Have completed appropriate qualifications Have experience of working with pupils with communication & interaction needs
Have proven experience of working with pupils of primary school age.
Be able to work independently, think on their feet and demonstrate resilience.
Support pupils to improve their self-esteem, confidence, behaviour and attitude.
Have a commitment and passion for inclusive education along with a patient, flexible and positive manner.
Understand that every pupil can be successful in their learning.
Be a team player and have a commitment to our values of Happiness, Determination and Respect.
