Summary

Lead on recruitment, selection and interviewing of clinical staff.To be responsible for the development of effective clinical provision and lead on team building. Provide formal, on-going clinical supervision and caseload management supervision. Attend Inclusion meetings when requested Lead on clinical interventions and work within financial budgets. Oversee the incidents and SI reporting in the services and to ensure investigations are carried out in a timely manner Work alongside the Head of Quality and Performance for Inclusion in ensuring lessons are learnt and shared across Inclusion Work within Inclusions Clinical Governance and operational framework ensuring compliance with the clinical strategy, SOPs and structures. Carry out appraisals (Individual Performance Review) Participate in the formulation and implementation of protocols and procedures for the delivery of any new integrated services. Responsible for ensuring audits are done within the Inclusion Audit framework Ensure systems are in place to respond promptly, appropriately and in an open manner to complaints and queries The ability to work flexibly across the county to meet the needs to the service.
