Summary
Essential person specification requirements Qualifications: Level 7 qualification in HR or related subject/equivalent experience, evidenced by Membership of CIPD Degree or equivalent level of experience Able to demonstrate evidence of Continuing Professional Development CIPD Registration Experience: Extensive generalist HR / employee relations experience at operational level in a complex, unionised organisation Experience of coaching, influencing and conflict resolution in a business environment Experience of supporting employee wellbeing and employee experience programmes Experience of working in partnership with Trade Unions Experience and involvement in complex organisational change Experience of delivering HR training Experience of working with Microsoft office and Excel Experience of job evaluation Knowledge and Awareness: Specialist HR knowledge (TUPE, Redundancy, Disciplinary, Grievance etc) Up to date knowledge of employment law Knowledge of customer care and conflict resolution Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for further details.
