Summary

Allesley Primary School are seeking to appoint several Playworkers to join our before and after school provision team (Bluebirds). Our experienced team are passionate about providing high-quality care for children who take care of children from across the school, keeping them safe, cared for and entertained before and the end of normal school day.

The working hours for this role are: 7:30am-9:00am and 3:00pm-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

We are happy to accept applications for either the morning or afternoon session only, but please make this clear on your application.

What is the job role?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Play Workers who enjoys supporting children and working collaboratively with the school team.

Someone who can:

  • Pro-active team player with good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Creative, motivated, innovative and able to think 'outside the box'

  • Able to lead, used their own initiative and encourage pupil growth and development
