Summary

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Reward Manager to join its Financial Services People Advisory team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high‑impact reward projects, navigating regulatory change, shaping future‑focused reward strategies, and advising major FS organisations.

You'll contribute to multi‑country engagements, design reward solutions that support talent, ESG,and DE&I priorities, analyse complex data, lead reward optimisation work,and partner with internal teams to embed reward into wider people strategies. You'llalso support regulatory disclosures, coaching junior colleagues and buildingtrusted client relationships.

We're looking for someone numerate, detail‑oriented and confident operating in a fast‑paced consulting environment, with experience in reward within financial services oranother regulated sector.
