Summary

Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic People Experience Partner to lead our People Experience Team over the next 18 month and drive initiatives that enhance organisational culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement.
This is a pivotal role in delivering our refreshed People Strategy and ensuring our college remains innovative, inclusive, and responsive to the evolving needs of students and staff.
As People Experience Partner, you will:
• Lead and oversee the delivery of organisational development, change initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and leadership development.
• Champion a positive culture, embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion across all activities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with college objectives, acting as a trusted advisor and coach.
• Utilise data-driven insights to measure impact, refine approaches, and ensure evidence-based decision-making.
• Manage budgets and governance, ensuring financial stewardship and compliance.
What we’re looking for
You will bring:
• A degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience at SCQF Level 9) and Chartered MCIPD status.
• Extensive experience in organisational development and people experience at a senior level.
• Proven ability to deliver leadership development programmes, culture change initiatives, and transformation projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, collaborative influence, and coaching skills.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
