Job Description
As the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors, you will represent ISS and its clients with professionalism and warmth.
You will manage reception duties efficiently, maintain high standards of presentation, and ensure seamless coordination across workplace services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house reception service at all times.
Greet all visitors promptly, complete security procedures, and offer appropriate services.
Log all visitors and contractors, issuing passes as required.
Act as the main point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors entering the building.
Collaborate with the help desk team to log issues and reactive faults.
Ensure all site procedures and standards are met as a brand ambassador.
Take ownership of workplace areas, maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous hospitality or customer service experience with a strong service focus.
Facilities management experience (desirable but not essential).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
