Summary

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £28,800 – Permanent

The role is based in a beautifully converted barn-style nursery, with bright, purpose-designed rooms and large outdoor spaces where babies, toddlers, and preschool children can explore, play, and learn. You will be part of a team supporting children’s day-to-day care and learning, helping to create a warm, structured, and engaging environment where every child feels valued.

Before You Apply

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Proven experience in a nursery setting
  • Understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements
  • Ability to work confidently and independently

  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children from birth to 5 years
  • Follow the EYFS to plan, observe, and assess children’s development
  • Support children’s wellbeing and ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and families
