Summary


The Technology Systems Support Specialist will provide a single point of contact for all stakeholders in relation to the rollout of a new Clinical System issues for the Provide Group of companies. The post holder will provide exceptional standards of support to all customers which will be achieved by acting in both a proactive and reactive manner and ensuring that all performance targets are adhered to. Resolutions should be provided in an effective and timely manner working to ITIL based frameworks. Provide advice and training for staff In addition; the Technology Systems Support Specialist will support the testing and deployment of new functionality and training of users.
• Act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders regarding issues related to the rollout of the new Clinical System across the Provide Group of companies.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support, responding to incidents and requests in both a proactive and reactive manner.
• Ensure issues are logged, managed, and resolved effectively and within agreed performance targets, following ITIL-based support frameworks.
• Provide clear advice, guidance, and training to staff to support effective use of the Clinical System.
• Support the testing, deployment, and rollout of new system functionality.
• Assist with user training and adoption of new features to ensure a smooth implementation and ongoing system use.
