Summary
About the role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Voids Assistant to join our in-house maintenance company, Property Plus, on a permanent basis. We are looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Current full UK Driving Licence
Experience of simple building work (basic DIY knowledge)
Basic understanding of Health and Safety issues
Ability to prioritise and be organised
Ability to work without direct supervision
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
