Summary
Within the environment set by their clinical knowledge, liaison with colleagues and helping patients. Working as part of the pharmacy team, to deliver a high quality service to patients and users, adhering to standards of service delivery. Practicing in both a pharmacy and ward environment to promote safe and effective use of medicines. Act as a designated and authorised pharmacy key holder.
