Summary
Plan, deliver and coordinate a portfolio of projects that support compassionate communities and reduce inequalities related to death, dying and grief. Develop and manage effective partnerships that enable co-production, shared ownership and long-term cultural change. Lead sensitive and inclusive conversations, using evidence, insight and lived experience to inform decision-making and inspire action. Manage programme budgets, procurement and commissioning activity in line with organisational policies and governance requirements. Ensure effective programme monitoring, evaluation and reporting, capturing both quantitative outcomes and qualitative impact. Support and develop team members, encouraging collaboration, reflection and continuous learning. Act as a St Lukes Ambassador, championing compassionate care, community connection and the values of the organisation across Sheffield.
