We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team. You’ll be based at either our Stancombe or Hendy office - both offering a supportive, collaborative environment within a market‑leading business.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, including:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Preparing quotations for Asphalt and Aggregates products
- Negotiating prices and ensuring competitive, customer‑focused solutions
- Working to agreed performance targets and KPIs
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Supporting a small, dedicated team as part of a shared success culture
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need an industry background - just the right mindset and transferable skills. We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role
- Are confident communicating with people at all levels
- Can multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
- Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others

- Are adaptable, organised, and comfortable working with KPIs
- Are IT‑literate and quick to pick up new systems
