The Team

The Catering department supplies and delivers all aspects of catering, which includes the day-to-day running of all catering outlets on campus serving students, staff and visitors. Providing catering for hospitality and events to internal and external customers.

The Role

The University is looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Catering department and support the team in all aspects of administration associated with the Catering service, including communication with students, staff, and visitors to the University.

This is a part-time role - The hours are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Some flexibility of start and finish times, if possible, but subject to business needs.

Key requirements

Previous experience working within a catering environment is desirable, and experience working in an administrative role is essential. IT literate with good typing skills, be confident using a range of programmes including email, Word, presentations, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
