Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Student Support Co-Ordinator for a busy FE College's Student Hub.
Please do not apply if you do not have the necessary experience for a co-ordinator position - including handling financial records and managing a small team.
Coordinating the day-to-day running of the College’s Customer Service function including Student Hub advisory and reception facilities.
Managing and recording the data requirements for student finance packages. Meeting deadlines and presenting evidence to external auditors.
Developing SLA’s for all approved suppliers.
Developing the service to exceed the students’ expectations. Reporting on departmental spend and maintaining accurate records.
Producing financial reports to meet external stakeholders and internal manager’s requirements.
Oversee the implementation of an effective enrolment service.
