Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Resilience Coach in an FE College.
Please do not apply if you do not have a DBS on the update service and EWC registration under FE Support Worker.
Job Responsibilities:
The role is to support the engagement, development and progression of learners into learning and work pathways.
To equip learners to settle into their learning, and identify and overcome emotional and well-being barriers that may prevent them from active engagement.
The role will involve direct coaching, referrals to the counselling services and other external referral agencies.
