Residential Children’s Worker Responsibilities
Provide daily care, emotional support, and positive role modelling to children and young people
Support independence and the development of life skills
Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing residential environment
Work collaboratively with a professional care team to deliver high-quality residential care
Follow safeguarding policies and care plans at all times

Residential Children’s Worker Requirements
Previous experience supporting vulnerable children or young people
Experience within residential childcare is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work varied shift patterns
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
