Role & Responsibilities
As a Midday Meals Supervisor, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and orderly atmosphere during lunch breaks. You will oversee students, ensuring their safety and well-being while they eat and engage in supervised activities. Your role is key to maintaining the school's positive environment throughout the day.
Main tasks include
- Supervising students in the dining hall and playground areas during lunch breaks.
- Ensuring students adhere to school rules and behavioral expectations.
- Assisting younger students with their meals if necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or in a supervisory role is advantageous.
- Ability to effectively manage group behavior and ensure student safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, responsible, and caring demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
