Summary

HGV Class 2 JetVac Driver

Port Talbot | Immediate Start | Temporary / Contract | Full-Time

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an HGV Class 2 JetVac Driver for a client in Port Talbot. This role involves operating vacuum tankers and jetting units to provide essential site services, working as part of small teams of 3-5 operatives. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Duties:
  • Operate Class 2 HGVs, including vacuum tankers and jetting units.

  • Perform site jetting and vacuum services safely and efficiently.

  • Work as part of small teams and contribute to overall site operations.

  • Complete daily vehicle defect checks and report near misses.

  • Follow all safety procedures and site documentation.

  • Take initiative on tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Valid HGV Class 2 licence.

  • CCNSG Site Safety Passport.

  • Flexible and committed with a proactive approach.

  • Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures.

  • Willingness to work away when required.

  • Previous experience in high-pressure water jetting (WJA) or vacuum tanker operations is desirable but not essential.
