Summary
Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and enhance a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions within an Agile environment.
Duties:
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and configure workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
- Build custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripting using JavaScript.
- Design and maintain integrations with external systems using Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and the Power Platform.
- Ensure all solutions align with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
- Participate in solution architecture, data modeling, and environment strategy across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business / Data Analysts and Architects to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Having experience in modules like CE and/or F&O is a big advantage.
- Solid experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI for reporting and data operations.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
