Summary
This role is combines a mix of office based, home working and on site clinical engagement. You will be: - offering advice and guidance on the effective use of Sunrise EPR - working with the wider IT team to resolve EPR issues and service calls - working with staff or all backgrounds and levels to conduce business analysis and gather requirements to create the right solutions, first time - leading, coaching and developing Configuration Specialists in order to effectively delegate work requirements and track them through to completion -conducting annual appraisals, one to one meetings and absence management meetings in line with trust policies and procedures - adhering to and embedding a culture of change control management -leading projects for both new and optimisation system implementations - leading, participating in and delivering business change, design, configuration, development and system testing - working flexibly and together with the team to achieve project delivery - involved in developing training tools and activities - providing on the ground support including working out of hours / nights, during system implementations - providing out of hours on call support on a rotational basis (on average one week in every three months).
