Summary
Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, including car parks, service corridors, and public areas.
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding promptly to any suspicious or unusual activity
Provide assistance to shoppers and tenants, including directions, lost property, and general enquiries
Respond to and manage incidents such as theft, vandalism, disturbances, medical emergencies, or accidents
Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports for management and the Authorities as required
Liaise professionally with local police, emergency services, and centre management during incidents
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, evacuation procedures, and site-specific security protocols
Support crowd control and access management during special events, promotions, or emergencies
Uphold the centre’s values of customer service, professionalism, and safety at all times
