We’re seeking a motivated Service Delivery Operative to join our growing warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a large organisation, with opportunities to develop skills and take on additional responsibilities.
Our warehouse team plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of data security, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and destruction of sensitive documents. You’ll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly while helping to protect our customers’ information.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately track, handle, and protect customer information through careful indexing and record management
Pick and prepare a high volume of records per shift, in line with operational demands. This may involve moving up to nine boxes weighing up to 15kg each for a single pick
Record, store, and retrieve incoming boxes, files, and documents within designated warehouse locations.
Prepare customer records for dispatch or secure destruction, ensuring all movements are accurately logged.
Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
Use the O’Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
Support van driving duties as required, including covering van driver absences and holidays
About You:
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Confident verbal and written communication skills.
A reliable team player with good interpersonal skills and basic IT knowledge.
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support operational needs
Knowledge of the O’Neil system is desirable.
Full UK driving license is required.
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
This role involves physical activity and manual handling, so you should be comfortable with lifting and moving boxes as part of your daily duties.
