We are working closely with a supportive and inclusive Primary School in Greenwich that is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately.
This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties. You will play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally within a nurturing school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Supporting pupils with academic, social and emotional needs
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Implementing individual support strategies and behaviour plans
- Helping to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
