What you'll be doing:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with EHCPs and SEN
- Support with personal care where required
- Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
- Encourage engagement, independence and positive outcomes
What you'll need:
- Experience supporting learners with EHCPs and SEN
- Confidence delivering personal care
- Experience managing challenging behaviour
- Enhanced DBS or be open to processing one
