To provide high-quality care, learning, and development for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
To plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
Support children's learning and development through play based experiences.
Support children's emotional wellbeing and promote positive behaviour.
Ensure children's health, safety and welfare at all times while following safeguarding, health and safety and Nursery policies.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals when required.
