Summary

Admissions Officer

Term-time, full-time (plus 4 weeks in school holidays)

Clayesmore is seeking an organised and cheerful Admissions Officer to support pupil recruitment across the Prep and Senior Schools, with a particular focus on international admissions.

Working within the Admissions and Marketing Team, you will manage the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, acting as a key point of contact for prospective parents and overseas agents. You will organise school visits and events, maintain accurate admissions records, support scholarship and UKVI/CAS processes (training provided), and represent the school at recruitment events.

The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook essential). Experience in admissions or within an independent school, and knowledge of iSAMS and/or Digistorm, would be an advantage. You will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to work flexibly as part of a busy team.
