We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Coordinator (EC) join our team supporting the East riding, North & South Yorkshire areas. The salary on offer is from £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance base bonus. This role involves managing a small portfolio of sites, as well as supporting other EC's across the patch with technical issues and problem solving. A good understanding of water safety management is essential. It is a reactive position and requires regular travel around the East riding, South & North Yorkshire areas. The Estates Coordinator will oversee the coordination of both in-house and outsourced facilities services, being the first point of contact for customers, and ensuring local operations meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Who are you You're a flexible and motivated individual, with good technical knowledge and a background in Facilities Management. You are ready to respond quickly to site needs, a great problem solver, with a customer centric attitude. What you will bring to the role: Broad FM and Property experience Experience of Health and Safety Management and associated safe systems of work Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information Experience of working with budgets Experience of supplier management and dealing with challenging situations Management and co-ordination of onsite contractor and suppliers (Pre, during & post working activities) IOSH Managing Safely or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent proven experience.
