We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team at Eco Wings and Nights Ltd in the Shoeburyness area. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services tailored to young adults with additional needs, aligning with our mission to empower independence and personal growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
Supervise and support staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence.
Oversee medication administration and health & safety procedures.
Build strong relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies.
Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that promotes independence.
Monitor service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in senior care management or a similar leadership role within assisted living or care homes.
Strong knowledge of Autism, Learning Difficulties, physical conditions an challenging behaviours.
Excellent leadership, supervision, and team-building skills.
Relevant management qualifications such as NVQ Level 5 or equivalent.
Ability to develop effective care plans and manage medication protocols.
Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in social care settings.
Experience in managing budgets and operational planning.
Candidates must have good English communication skills, be flexible and have a positive attitude.
