A client based in Belgravia, London, is looking for a reliable, full-time, live-out Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Family Office is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing complex schedules, and ensuring the efficient operation of both personal and professional matters through exceptional organization and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is a robust, determined, and highly experienced professional accustomed to supporting UHNW and C-level individuals, characterized by loyalty, hard work, and a logical approach to implementation. This dynamic role offers the opportunity for significant career growth, with the potential to evolve into a Chief of Staff position for a candidate who demonstrates the requisite leadership and execution skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday but must be freely available as and when the Principal may require including on weekends.

Duties:

Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate the complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.
Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Family Office, handling communication with discretion and professionalism.
Continuous availability: You will be expected to remain accessible around the clock to work and assist the Family Office both remotely and for occasional out-of-hours support.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, cars, accommodation and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business associates, family members, and other advisors.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues before they arise, demonstrating resourcefulness and attention to detail.
Document Management: Assist with drafting and proofreading reports, emails, and other communications.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute personal events and engagements as required.
